Required Documents

  • Valid original passport.
  • Original Emirates ID issued within the last one hundred and eighty (180) days, where available.

    • Additional Supporting Documents
    The Bank may request additional documentation, where applicable, to assess eligibility under the ADIB Arrive proposition, including but not limited to:

  • Evidence of recent relocation to the UAE, such as a job offer letter, employment certificate, visa documentation, or any other documentation acceptable to the Bank.
  • AECB Credit Report evidencing limited or no established credit history within the UAE.
  • For customers whose Emirates ID has not yet been issued, proof of Emirates ID application or any other supporting documentation deemed acceptable by the Bank.

Eligibility Criteria

  • ADIB Arrive is available exclusively to expatriate customers (non-UAE nationals) who are newly relocated to the UAE.
  • To be eligible, the customer must meet one of the following criteria:
  • Hold a valid Emirates ID issued within the last one hundred and eighty (180) days; or
  • Be awaiting Emirates ID issuance, subject to the provision of supporting documentation acceptable to the Bank and successful completion of the Bank’s onboarding and verification requirements.
