Abu Dhabi, 28 September 2026: Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB), a leading Islamic financial institution, announced that UAE Nationals now represent 53% of its total workforce, reflecting the success of the bank’s long-term strategy to attract, develop and empower Emirati talent. The announcement comes as ADIB participates as a Gold Sponsor at Ru’ya Careers Fair 2026 at Dubai World Trade Centre, where the bank is showcasing its programmes and initiatives designed to develop the next generation of Emirati leaders in banking and finance.
