(2) The Bank reserves the right to amend benefits specified above from time to time, at its sole discretion by giving at least sixty (60) calendar days prior written notice to the Cardholder.
(3) European Economic Area (EEA) means countries which are part of the European Economic Area. Classification of merchants based in the EEA will be as per prevailing Visa guidelines.
(4) Specific Merchants are: Supermarkets, Government Services (e.g. Fines, Taxes), Utilities, Education, Service/Petrol Stations, Real Estate Agents, Public Transport (e.g. Taxis, Metro, Buses), Road Tolls/Salik, Charities/Religious Organizations.
* From 2nd year onwards, annual fee will be reversed upon non-AED spends equivalent to AED 30,000 or total spend locally and internationally of AED 75,000 in the previous year.
