1. ADIB will not charge me any fee or extra charges for instalment postponement.
2. For Personal and Auto Finance (Murabaha / Musawama), I can apply maximum of two / one instalment postponement (s) respectively in a year and last payment date of the finance will be extended by one month for each instalment postponement request.
3. For Personal and Auto Finance (Murabaha / Musawama): By submitting this postponement request, I understand that my installment (s) will be postponed to the end of the Contract period resulting extension of outstanding liability to last payment date. My Total Outstanding Profit as given in Murabaha / Musawama contract will remain unchanged. I also understand that ADIB is entitled to the remaining outstanding profit during the installment postponement period which is payable by me in case if I apply for early settlement of my Murabaha/Musawama finance before the last payment date.
