  • One-Pager - explaining the proposition and what is the purpose of the engagement
  • Check Point - making sure a checklist of criteria is met before proceeding to next stage
  • Budget & Resources - ensuring any investment which is required to deliver POC is approved
  • Compatibility Check - Competition, Company Stage, Complexity, Sharia, GICD, Regulatory & FCC.

Deliver

  • Lean Artefacts - NDAs, MOUs, FCC & Sharia Review for Pilot
  • Integrations - integrations with staging or pre-prod environments using secure solutions
  • Education - evangelizing the proposition through the company to explain the proposition
  • Lean Portfolio Management - feed into the overall digital roadmap for the group with clear KPIs
