• Offer applicable upon paying through valid ADIB Smiles Covered Cards.
• The cost of the campaign and the promotional smiles points will be fully and solely borne by Smiles partner.
• By participating in this Campaign, customer agrees to be bound by all other ADIB Covered Card Terms and Conditions that prohibit using ADIB Covered Card to purchase any non-Shari'a compliant products or services as determined by ADIB's Internal Shari’a Supervisory Committee including but not limited to alcohol, pork products, gambling, tobacco, casinos, bars, nightclubs, merchants selling and/or providing pornography related products and/or services.
• By participating in this promotion, the cardholder agrees that ADIB will not be held responsible or be liable for any loss and/or damage that may occur and all the promotion related disputes to be addressed via Smiles app.
• Additional terms and conditions may be applied by Smiles to the extent such terms and conditions do not contradict with ADIB Covered Card terms and conditions.
