Following terms and conditions apply:
- A valid ADIB Visa Covered or Debit card ("ADIB Visa Card') must be used for payment.
- Blocked or delinquent customer accounts during the promotion period will not be eligible for the promotion.
- *25% discount on daily.noon.com or noon Grocery on the noon mobile App will apply to a maximum of two transactions per Cardholder each week from 19th September to 30th September 2022! (offer not applicable on Saturdays and Sundays) (the "Term").
- *Discount amount is capped at AED 25 per transaction and maximum AED 50 per week during the promotion period.
- The offer will apply to a maximum of two (2) transactions per Cardholder in a week during the promotion period. For avoidance of doubt, each Cardholder is limited to register only one (1) Mobile number and each Mobile number can only use the discount for a maximum of two (2) transactions in each week during the promotion period.
- Noon will offer 25% discount on all Shari’a compliant products purchased by Cardholders on noon Grocery platform on noon mobile app / daily.noon.com website on making the payment using ADIB Visa Card.
- This offer cannot be combined with another existing offer at noon Grocery/ daily.noon.com.
- The offer will be made available automatically to Cardholders at checkout when making the payment using ADIB Visa Card during the Term.
- By participating in this promotion, the Cardholder agrees to be bound by all other ADIB Covered Card Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Islamic Banking Services which, among other things, prohibit the Cardholder to use the ADIB Card to purchase any non-Shari'a compliant items as determined by the Internal Shari’a Supervisory Committee of ADIB including but not limited to, alcohol, pork products, gambling, tobacco, casinos, bars, nightclubs, merchants selling and/or providing pornography related products and/or services.
- Additional terms and conditions may be applied by Noon to the extent that such
terms and conditions do not contradict with the Terms and Conditions of ADIB Covered Card & the
General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Islamic Banking Services and the rules and principles of the Islamic Shari’a as set out in the Shari’a Standards of the Organization of Accounting and Auditing of the Islamic Financial Institutions and as interpreted by ADIB’s Internal Shari’a Supervisory Committee.
- The above mentioned discounts will be fully and solely paid by Noon.
