- This Offer is applicable only to selected covered cardholders to whom the Offer has been communicated by ADIB. Customers who have not received the Offer are considered ineligible.
- Offer is valid from 28 November 2019 to 05 January 2020.
- To qualify for the offer, customer has to register for the campaign by sending SMS ‘CBOFFER’ to 4655.
- The Extra cashback is capped at AED 300 at customer level.
- Extra Cashback will be credited by March 2020 after the promotion ends.
- In order to be eligible for the offer the customer has to perform successful non-AED retail transactions with the ADIB Covered Card communicated in the offer, during the promotion period.
- ADIB is not responsible for a transaction that does not get captured under the appropriate merchant category code nor accepts any responsibility for refusal of acceptance of the Covered Card for any reason whatsoever.
- International transactions on the Covered Card in the form of reversals, refunds or disputed purchases during the promotion period will be deducted from the qualifying spends.
- Cash withdrawal at ATMs, Exchange Houses or similar, are excluded from this campaign. All transactions at merchants classified as “Security Brokers/Dealers” (under Visa Merchant Category Code 6211) including but not limited to National Bonds Corporation transactions are excluded from this campaign.
- Supplementary cardholder’s spends will be clubbed with the linked primary card to calculate spends eligible for the Offer.
- Transactions done during the promotion period will be considered for qualifying spends.
- Delinquent or blocked covered card customers during the promotion period will not be eligible for this offer.
- By participating in this promotion, customer agrees to be bound by all other ADIB Covered Card Terms and Conditions that prohibit using ADIB Card to purchase any non-Shari'a compliant products or services as determined by the ADIB's Internal Shari’a Supervisory Committee including but not limited to alcohol, pork products, gambling, tobacco, casinos, bars, nightclubs, merchants selling and/or providing pornography related products and/or services.
- Any disputes in regards with the promotion rewards should be raised within 6 months from the campaign end date.
- ADIB encourages you to use your Covered Card only for necessary expenditures.
- **Customer needs to spend a minimum of USD 500 or equivalent while traveling outside UAE.
