Terms and Conditions:
- This Offer is applicable only to selected covered cardholders to whom the Offer has been communicated by ADIB. Customers who have not been sent the Offer are considered ineligible.
- *In case the customer has multiple ADIB Covered Card - they can only avail the benefit on the Covered Card for which they have received the offer from ADIB.
- Offer is valid from 26th November 2020 to 10th December 2020
- To qualify for the offer, customer has to register for the campaign by sending SMS 'SPEND' to 4655
- Customer also has to spend a minimum of AED 1,000 in the campaign period at merchants classified under the electronics category to qualify for the offer
- Spends of supplementary cards will be clubbed with the primary card to calculate the spends eligible for the offer
- ADIB encourages you to use your covered card only for necessary expenditure
- Customer gets 5x miles / points capped at 5,000 miles for Etihad and Emirates in the select base if they meet all other criteria for qualification. For Etisalat cards, customers get 5x points capped at 20,000 miles upon qualification. For other cards, the customer gets 5% cashback capped at AED 250 on qualification
- Miles / points/ cashback will be credited to the customer's account by January 31, 2021
- ADIB is not responsible for a transaction that does not get captured under the appropriate merchant category code nor accepts any responsibility for refusal of acceptance of the Covered Card for any reason whatsoever
- Transactions on the Covered Card in the form of reversals, refunds or disputed purchases during the promotion period will be deducted from the qualifying spends
- Only transactions done during the promotion period will be considered for qualifying spends
- Delinquent or blocked covered card customers during the promotion period will not be eligible for this offer
- By participating in this promotion, customer agrees to be bound by all other ADIB Covered Card Terms and Conditions that prohibit using ADIB Card to purchase any non-Shari'a compliant products or services as determined by the Fatwa and Shari'a Supervisory Board of ADIB including but not limited to alcohol, pork products, gambling, tobacco, casinos, bars, nightclubs, merchants selling and/or providing pornography related products and/or services
- Any disputes in regards with the promotion rewards should be raised within 6 months from the campaign end date.
