DOUBLE Etihad Guest Miles

Following terms and conditions apply:

1. Offer is valid for a limited period only and may be revoked at the Bank’s sole and absolute discretion.
2. Gold and Platinum Card customer will get the regular Signup Etihad Guest miles subject to spend of first retail transaction while the additional signup Etihad Guest miles will be credited in the following month of receiving regular signup miles subject to first retail transactions within 30 days of Card issuance date.
3. This Offer is applicable for all new successfully approved Gold and Platinum Cards applications submitted between 15 July and 31 July 2023 and issued by 15 August 2023 only.
4. Any customer who closed his/her ADIB Etihad Guest card before October 01, 2021 and is reapplying for a new Card will qualify for re-joining bonus Miles (35,000 for Gold and for 50,000 for Platinum). For the avoidance of any doubt, each Cardholder will be eligible for Signup Miles on a one-time basis only. If a Cardholder cancels his/her Card and successfully re-applies for any ADIB Etihad Guest Card, he/she will not be eligible for the Signup Miles.
5. Any ADIB Etihad Guest Cardholder who closed his/her ADIB Etihad Guest Card on or after November 1, 2021 who is reapplying for the Card will not qualify for re-joining miles and sign-up miles. For the avoidance of any doubt, each Cardholder will be eligible for Signup Miles on a one-time basis only. If a Cardholder cancels his/her ADIB Etihad Guest Card and successfully re-applies for any ADIB Etihad Guest Card, he/she will not be eligible for the Signup Miles.
6. Customers who do not meet the minimum spend criteria within the time frame specified above (30 days from Card issuance date), will not qualify to receive Bonus Etihad Guest miles. Such customers will only qualify for the regular sign-up Etihad Guest miles (35,000 or 7,000 (self-funded card) miles for Gold Card) and (50,000 or 15,000 (self-funded card) miles for Platinum Card) on usage of their cards for at least one retail transaction within 30 days of Card issuance date.
7. The promotional Etihad Guest bonus miles including re-joining bonus will be credited to eligible active Cardholders in the October 2023 Card statement subject to customer meeting the required minimum spend criteria.
8. All eligible active Cardholders need to have an active Etihad Guest membership before issuance of the October 2023 Card statement for the promotional Etihad Guest miles to be credited to their respective accounts.
9. Migrated/Upgraded existing ADIB Etihad Guest Card to Gold or Platinum Card will not be part of the ADIB Etihad Guest miles promotional offer. But if such customer cancels his/her existing card (other than ADIB Etihad Guest Covered Cards) and applies for new Card, he/she will be eligible for this promotion.
10. Any dispute regarding the Offer rewards should be raised within 6 months from the campaign end date.

12. Campaign Etihad Guest promotional miles will be paid from ADIB shareholders’ funds at the sole discretion of ADIB.​
