Terms and Conditions for Eidiya Campaign for Minors Account (“Terms and Conditions”):

  1. The prizes of this campaign are not an Integral part of the ADIB Minor accounts and awarding such prizes shall not be construed as an obligation on ADIB to give similar gift in future.
  2. Total 41 winners of this campaign
    • 1 mega prize of AED 10,000
    • 40 prizes of AED 1,000
  3. Minimum New funds or increase in existing balance
    • 1 coupon for every AED 5000 on customer level to win AED 10,000
    • 1 coupon for every AED 1000 on customer level to win AED 1000
  4. The balance that will be involved in the calculation of the number of coupons will be the total balances of all minor savings accounts on April 15, 2023 minus the total closing balances of such accounts on February 28, 2023.
  5. A customer can only win one prize either AED 1,000 or AED 10,000
  6. This offer is valid from 1st March till 15th April 2023 (the “Campaign Period”).
  7. This offer is valid for new and existing minor account holders who are between 0 yrs to 18 yrs holding saving accounts with ADIB.
  8. Prize will only be earned by meeting the above-mentioned conditions.
  9. Each customer will earn unlimited entry to the draw.
  10. Prize Distribution Mode: Lucky Draw using the new Raffle Draw System and to be conducted as scheduled by ADIB Marketing.
  11. Existing and new customers may participate in this campaign, should they meet the required criteria.
  12. Cash prize will be credited to the winners/ minors account directly.
  13. By participating in this campaign, guardian/ custodian agrees to be bound by all other General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Islamic Banking Services.
  14. ADIB may also announce the results of the draw prizes through any other means of communication at its sole discretion.
  15. ADIB at its sole discretion provides opportunities to win prizes. ADIB reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions from time to time with prior 60 Days’ notice in accordance with the Regulations of the Central Bank of the UAE.
  16. Prize values shall be funded exclusively from ADIB shareholders’ funds at the sole discretion of ADIB.
  17. ADIB’s decision and records regarding the prize will be final and legally binding.
  18. Winners will be announced within 60 calendar days of the campaign end date.
  19. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed as to matters not specifically provided for herein in accordance with the Federal laws of the UAE as applied by Abu Dhabi courts to the extent such laws do not contradict with the rules and principles of the Islamic Shari’a as set out in the Shari’a Standards of the Organization of Accounting and Auditing of the Islamic Financial Institutions as interpreted by the Internal Shari’a Supervisory Committee of ADIB. Abu Dhabi courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter or dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
