Branch Timings and Call center OperationsIn line with Instructions from local authorities ADIB has closed 23 branches located in Commercial Centers and shopping Malls. Other branches will be operating:Regular Branches from 8:00 am to 2:00 pmMall Branches (where open given current restrictions) from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
All our mall branches, however, will remain temporary closed until further notice. We have augmented daily cleaning procedures in branches and ATMs with the use of stronger disinfectant products on high-touch surfaces, have made hand sanitizer readily available, and are educating branch teams on best practices.

We strongly encourage you to use ADIB’s digital tools and other resources for self-service banking and 24/7 account access. You can access your accounts online by using ADIB Mobile app or our internet banking channels. From there you can make payments, view transactions, apply for a finance or a card, check balances, transfer funds or find an ATM, and more.
