SMS Services

The SMS service enables you to receive the latest information related to your registered accounts by way of instructions (standing orders for periodic information) or instant requests made through your mobile phones, besides other banking services .

At present the service is for accounts in AED and will be shortly extended to other currencies.

Types of SMS Services

SMS Push Service

Under the Push service, the bank will send proactive messages to customers' mobile phones in a secured manner on periodic basis that will be decided by the customer at the time of registration.

SMS Pull Service

Under the Pull service, customers subscribing to the SMS service can initiate the request and instantly receive the requested information on mobile phones wherever they are, 24 hours a day.
