Etihad Guest Cardholders Offer Terms and Conditions:

• All ADIB Etihad Guest Visa Cardholders and ADIB Visa Debit Cardholders are eligible for this offer.
• Offer is valid until 31st August 2021.
• Blocked or Delinquent Card customers during the promotion period will not be eligible for the promotion.
• Minimum cumulative spend of AED 200 using an ADIB Etihad Guest Visa Covered Card at participating outlets in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, during the promotion period is required to qualify for the offer.
• The participating malls are: Abu Dhabi Mall, Al Dhafra Mall, Al Ain Mall, Al Foah Mall, Al Jimi Mall, Al Raha Mall, Barari Outlet Mall, City Centre Masdar, Dalma Mall, Deerfields Mall, Fotouh Al Khair, Nation Towers Mall, Yas Mall, Al Wahda Mall, Bawabat Al Sharq Mall, Bawadi Mall, Mazyad Mall, Mushrif Mall, Madinat Zayed, Hili Mall, Khalidyah Mall, Marina Mall, The Galleria Al Maryah Island, WTC Mall and Remal Mall.
• You must be an Etihad Guest member and an ADIB Etihad Guest Visa Covered Cardholder to be eligible for the offer.
• Spends will be considered on Card level only, that is principal and supplementary Cardholder spends will not be clubbed together.
• For every cumulative purchase of AED 200 during the promotion period, customer will be given three entries into the draw to win 1,000,000 Etihad Guest miles and 1 entry to win the 2021 Lexus RX 350 Hybrid. (Example a single transaction of AED1,000 enables five entries into the draw and two transactions of AED50 + AED150, totaling AED200 enable one entry).
• The draw will be conducted within 1 month from campaign end date where 1customer will be selected to win Lexus RX 350 Hybrid and 4 customers to win 1,000,000 Etihad Guest miles each.
• ADIB Etihad Guest Visa Covered Cardholders are entitled to win only one prize, either the 2021 Lexus RX 350 Hybrid or the 1,000,000 Etihad Guest miles.
• The winners will be contacted by ADIB and should provide personal information when requested, and in case the prize is the 1 million miles, he/she should be requested to provide his/her Etihad Guest membership number in order for the miles to be credited.
• Cash withdrawal at ATMs, Exchange Houses or similar, are excluded from this campaign. All transactions at merchants classified as "Security Brokers/Dealers" (under Visa Merchant Category Code 6211) including but not limited to National Bonds Corporation transactions are excluded from this campaign.
• ADIB is not responsible for a transaction that does not get captured under the appropriate merchant category code nor accepts any responsibility for refusal of acceptance of the Card for any reason whatsoever.
• Transactions on the ADIB Visa Card in the form of reversals, refunds or disputed purchases during the Offer period will be deducted from the qualifying spends.
• The prizes are non-transferrable and non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered for the prizes.
• Any disputes in regards with the promotion rewards should be raised within 3 months from the campaign end date.
• Winners will have 1 (one) month to collect their prize, after which the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be chosen from those back up list of winners that will be selected in the same draw.
• All Etihad Airways and Etihad Guest program terms and conditions apply.
• ADIB Covered Card terms and conditions and the General Terms and Conditions of Accounts and Islamic Banking Services shall apply which prohibit using ADIB Covered or Debit Card to purchase any non-Shari’a compliant products/services as determined by ADIB’s Internal Shari’a and Supervisory Committee including but not limited to alcohol, pork products, gambling, tobacco, casinos, bars, nightclubs, merchants selling and/or providing pornography related products and/or services.
• Additional T&C’s may be applied by Visa to the extent that such terms and conditions do not contradict with the Terms and Conditions of ADIB Covered and the Terms and Conditions of Accounts and Islamic Banking Services.
• The campaign cost and cost of prizes will be solely borne by Visa.
