• All ADIB Covered Card customers are eligible for this offer excluding ADIB Spice, NOMU, Business banking and prepaid cards.
• The offer is valid from 01 April 2020 to 30 June 2020.
• Transactions done on Grocery merchant category as defined by Visa and MasterCard using the ADIB Covered. Card will qualify for this promotion.
• Minimum spend of AED 500 on the eligible Covered Card on the customer level is required monthly to qualify for the cashback offer in grocery category.
• Additional cashback is capped at AED 500 on customer level for Grocery spends each month.
• To participate in the 5% ADDITIONAL cashback offer for Groceries spend, customer needs to register by sending SMS "GROCERY" to 4655; otherwise he/she will not be eligible for the Additional cashback.
• Additional cashback will be credited by 31 July 2020 for customers who register for the offer.
• Transactions on the ADIB Covered Card in the form of reversals, refunds or disputed purchases during the offer period will be deducted from the qualifying spend.
• Covered Card should be active and not delinquent/blocked during the promotion period.
• Any disputes in regards with the promotion rewards should be raised within 6 months from the campaign end date.
• By participating in this promotion, customer agrees to be bound by all other ADIB Covered Card  Terms and Conditions that prohibit using ADIB Covered Card to purchase any non-Shari'a compliant products or services as determined by ADIB's Internal Shari’a Supervisory Committee.
• ADIB encourages you to use your Covered Card only for necessary expenditures.
• Additional Cashback and cost of campaign will be solely paid from Shareholders’ funds.
