Terms and Condition

  • All ADIB Cashback, Dana, Etisalat, Booking.com, Edge, Value, Value+ and Spice covered cards are eligible for this offer
  • Promotion period is from 20 November to 05 December 2019.
  • All online shopping transactions will qualify for this promotion excluding airlines and travel booking spends
  • Minimum spend of AED1000 on the eligible card is required to qualify for the offer.
  • Cashback is capped at AED200 on customer level
  • To participate in the offer customer needs to register by sending SMS 'RWDPROMO' to 4655. 
  • Cashback will be credited by February 2020 for customers who register for the promotion

 

 

Generic T&C’s

  • Specific Merchants registered with VISA/MasterCard under categories like Supermarkets, Government Services (e.g. Fines, Taxes, Bonds), Utilities, Education, Service/Petrol Stations, Real Estate Agents, Public Transport, Road Tolls/Salik,   Charities/Religious Organizations will be excluded from the qualifying spends.
  • ADIB is not responsible for a transaction that does not get captured under the appropriate merchant category code nor accepts any responsibility for refusal of acceptance of the Covered Card for any reason whatsoever.
  • Any disputes in regards with the promotion rewards should be raised within 6 months from the campaign end date.
  • Delinquent or blocked customers during the promotion period will not be eligible for this promotion.
  • By participating in this promotion, customer agrees to be bound by all other ADIB Covered Card  Terms and Conditions that prohibit using ADIB Covered Card to purchase any non-Shari'a compliant products or services as determined by ADIB's Internal Shari'a Supervisory Committee
  • ADIB encourages you to use your Covered Card only for necessary expenditures
